Abstract

|
A case of leiomyosarcoma of the stomach was observed recently at Chonnam University Hospital in 9 year and 6 month old boy. whose chief complaints were severe upper abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and fever and chillness from 1 day prior to admission.
Incidence, age and sex distribution, frequent site, size, major clinical symptoms and signs, roentgenological findings, differential diagnosis from the various other diseases, and prognosis of leiomyosarcoma of the stomach are discussed with a review of literature,
